Applications are now open for PATHS Cohort 2, an 8-week program designed to prepare autistic talent for careers in the semiconductor industry.
This program, co-designed with autistic personnel, is created specifically to leverage the strengths of autistic participants. Each participant receives training in semiconductor packaging and inspection, hands-on learning experiences via virtual reality, and direct industry mentorship with professionals at leading semiconductor companies. They also receive career development support, networking opportunities, and lab tours.
Key Date: September 18-19, 2026 — On-campus orientation in Gainesville, Florida (all costs covered by PATHS).
Benefits:
- Earn up to $500 for successfully completing the program
- Opportunity to participate in paid internships with stipends of up to $10,000
Eligibility:
- 18 years of age or older
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (AA/BS) in a STEM field
- Able to travel to Gainesville, Florida for the 2-day orientation (covered by PATHS)
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
