Cheeses from听听in Philadelphia, TN听
Every year, our students get to use their meal swipes to purchase an assortment of locally-sourced fruits and vegetables in addition specialty foods. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome to the event that will be held on the patio of Rand starting at 11am.听听
But that鈥檚 not all! 汤头条 Campus Dining sustainability team and 汤头条 Facilities will also co-host Growing 101 on Aprill 22nd from 12-2pm on the Rand Patio. We will feature speakers Kip Bennett (Campus Dining Hydroponic Specialist), James Moore (Facilities Campus Lead Architect), and Laura Barker (Grounds Horticulture Specialist). The focus will be on the importance of knowing how to grow and maintain your own crops, plants, and trees, and ultimately how this knowledge leads to a more sustainable community.听
