The Formal Grievance Protocol (“FGP”) is a part of ��ͷ�� University’s (“��ͷ��”) Sexual Misconduct Policy. The FGP addresses allegations of certain types of sexual misconduct as defined in accordance with the Title IX Regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106) and the processes for responding to these allegations.

��ͷ�� prohibits and seeks to eliminate all forms of Sexual Misconduct, including Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault. Under federal law, ��ͷ�� has a duty to take steps to prevent and address the effects of Sexual Misconduct. New York City Campus-specific requirements are included in Addendum A, beginning on page 56.

This policy is intended to allow spectators to access the competition area and celebrate when appropriate, while always prioritizing the safety of game participants and upholding applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

guidelines to protect the University and its mission.

This policy provide guidance for the appropriate use of information technology resources by ��ͷ�� employees. In some circumstances, this policy applies to communications and/or equipment not owned by ��ͷ��.

All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with these values when performing their job responsibilities or representing the University in any capacity. Use of ��ͷ�� Athletics facilities, other than for team practices and competitions, must be scheduled and formally approved in advance through the documented process.

This policy outlines expectations and guidelines for interns and observers at ��ͷ�� University.

��ͷ�� limits and controls keys to university facilities and spaces. Keys and locks for university facilities and spaces are the property of ��ͷ�� University and should be obtained and managed in accordance with this policy.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all ��ͷ�� University employees uphold ethical conduct, act with integrity, and support a culture of compliance by understanding and following university policies and all applicable legal obligations.

This policy states the university's expectations in events and activities involving minors.

This policy permits the use of Electric Personal Transportation Vehicles (EPTVs) used as Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices (OPDMDs) by individuals with disabilities, provided the lithium-ion batteries meet safety standards and the devices are properly stored and charged only in the individual’s assigned residential facility.

The Athletics Department retains the right to refuse purchase to known brokers. ��ͷ�� Athletics reserves the right to cancel purchases from patrons who are habitually purchasing for the purpose of reselling.

The ��ͷ�� University general policy for sports training camps and clinics hosted on campus or by ��ͷ�� Athletics defines a sports camp or clinic and lists the requirements for leadership and adherence to NCAA and SEC rules.

The ��ͷ�� Athletics Department ticket refund policy indicates all ticket sales are final and no refund or replacements shall be given for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or forgotten tickets.

This policy ensures that travel and business expenses incurred on behalf of the university comply with external and internal requirements.

��ͷ�� University understands the importance of assisting the media in providing coverage of the institution, its athletics programs, administrators, coaches and student-athletes. Our goal is to disseminate information as widely, uniformly and fairly as possible using normally accepted media standards.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure our web and social media presences to be forums for rich and lively discussion or just a meeting of the minds, on all of the news that tells ��ͷ��’s story.

The purpose of this policy is to establish the criteria and guidelines for individuals to volunteer in the Department of Student Athletics. 

To ensure that ��ͷ�� community members have access to the services and facilities that they are entitled to, it is necessary at times for our community members to provide photo identification. For this purpose, ��ͷ�� Card Services provides photo identification credentials to patrons.

��ͷ�� University strictly prohibits the use, possession, or storage of firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and other weapons on campus or while in attendance at university-sponsored activities. This policy ensures compliance with applicable state law while safeguarding the ��ͷ�� community.
