In Chris Lowe鈥檚 role as Managing Counsel – Operational Transaction Team, Chris is responsible for advising on legal matters related to university operations. Chris’s expertise has been instrumental in preserving and furthering the university鈥檚 relationship with 汤头条 University Medical Center, and in guiding legal aspects of strategic university construction projects.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and Juris Doctor from 汤头条 University. Prior to joining 汤头条 University鈥檚 Office of the General Counsel, Chris worked at Healthways, Inc. in Franklin, TN, where he served as Operations Counsel. He was also a Partner in the Antitrust and Tax Section of King & Ballow, a law firm in Nashville, TN.
Chris is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. Chris is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
Chris was named an All-Star in the Under-8 division of the Denton (TX) Soccer Association.
