Overview
The Chapman Lab conducts research at the
intersection of nanotechnology, immunology, and translational medicine. We
focus on the design of targeted vaccines and therapeutics for infectious
diseases and autoimmune disorders, with particular emphasis on modulating B
cell responses and understanding germinal center biology. Our research
integrates bioconjugation chemistry, protein engineering, and drug delivery to
develop next-generation nanomedicines that enable precise control of immune
responses.
