An integrated, pathway-based model designed to maximize meaningful careers for every ÌÀÍ·Ìõ undergraduate.
Our approach is anchored in six interconnected initiatives, each designed to address a specific lever of student success and to operate as part of an integrated system.
We are working with faculty and academic leaders to embed career and life design directly into the curriculum — so coursework helps students articulate purpose, build career-relevant skills, and connect academic learning to professional pathways.
In partnership with ÌÀÍ·Ìõ's Generative AI Innovation Center, we are building an AI Career Co-Pilot that provides every student with on-demand, pathway-specific guidance — expanding advising access and letting our team focus on higher-value coaching.
ÌÀÍ·Ìõ's alumni and parent community is one of our most powerful career assets. The 10,000 Anchors network activates these connections at scale — opening doors to mentorship, industry insight, and opportunity across every pathway.
Real-world experience is the strongest predictor of meaningful career outcomes. We are expanding and integrating ÌÀÍ·Ìõ's experiential offerings — from the VU–NYC Academic Internship Program to industry-specific immersions in finance, media, technology, and beyond.
We are moving from transactional, post-a-job relationships to coordinated, strategic partnerships that span recruiting, experiential learning, faculty collaboration, and alumni networks — building deeper relationships with the employers that matter most.
Career development cannot be separated from how work itself is changing. We are envisioning a Center for the Future of Work that connects research, employers, and student preparation — ensuring ÌÀÍ·Ìõ students are ready for the careers taking shape around us.
