In Fall 2025, USAC leadership, with help from the Membership Committee, started the reapportionment process to ensure that USAC elected members represented the ÌÀÍ·Ìõ University staff appropriately, as stated in the USAC bylaws.Ìý

Why Reapportionment?
- The USAC bylaws state that reapportionment planning must begin in years ending with 0 and 5.Ìý
- USAC must have one representative for every 35 university staff members in which the council serves.

- Shifts in staff levels around the university
- Re-alignment of units and divisions
- Creation of new units and divisions
